The city of Eeklo has a lack of useful public space. Their centre is divided by a big road.
The idea of dividing this road into different squares by building on it, was warmly welcomed by some town council members.
After dividing the public space, we needed to design one building.
This project contained a big canopy (that can be used as u viewpoint or resting place), shops, restaurants and apartments.
